My points bonus redemption

Hi everyone. I know this has been asked before but I can't find it. I finally have made 5 purchases on mypoints.com for the $10 bonus award. However I cannot find how to redeem it. It says it will appear in the form of points but I know I have not been awarded points that equal $10 in addition to my normal points. Thanks for any help!

IIRC, it took several days before the points appeared in my account after receiving the confirmation email. And then they appeared as pending points, which meant that I had to wait another month to be able to redeem them.
