I sent Mypoints a message that I was having trouble and wanted some clarifications on the program as not only myself, but others, including my sisters and a couple friends were having problems with the contest and it not showing we had entries for the day or the bonuses.
They immediately froze my account and ALL of the friends and family I had referred. No explanation. They just gave us a quote of all of their policies and that they have the right to do it with no explanation. They then cancelled our accounts totally when I questioned their reason for this. Gone - all gone.
Has anyone ever heard of this. It's 100's of thousands of points we have all together that were just wiped out!
