my points and hotwire??

I got a link on my points the other day to join and earn 750 points, I thought this was the web site for the vouchers and for great price on disney tickets, however when I clicked on this I found no vouchers or tickets and no links to click on for these items. What am I doing wrong or am I even on the right web site all I seen was hotels cars and air fares??
