my points amazon reward

I wanted to buy a bunch of stuff on amazon and thought I'd cash in my points on My Points for an amazon certificate thinking it would be emailed to me but when I started the redemption, it said it would arrive in the mail so I quit out of it and didn't redeem.

Has anybody ever redeemed for this before and did they really US mail it to you?

Everything I've ever redeemed thru MyPoints has been mailed to me.

We have ours automatically redeem every time we reach a $25 certificate. Since we charge everything we do in a month on that card (pay if off in full every moth as well) we get at least 1 certificate per month mailed. We've never had a problem with them, but the envelopes look kind of like generic spam that just say "your reward certificate is enclosed" so you need to keep an eye out for them.

I too thought that the Amazon certificate would be emailed right away, but it is mailed. I cashed my points in about 2 weeks ago and received my certificate in the mail from them the other day. I already used it at Amazon and it worked fine.

In the past you were able to get some things via email but they no longer do that. I used to get Barnes and Noble electronic ones all the time. I wish they still did that.
