My Niece Got Engaged!!!!!!!

And we are all very happy. Her fiance is a lovely young man, with a nice family. He thinks the sun rises and sets to shine on my niece. ...which it does. They have been dating for 4 years.

This is my first "aunt of the bride" experience. DH & I have no children, so we have been particularly close to these kids.

Congrats. I was close to my Aunt and she did a reading at our Disney Wedding. It was a nice addition to the ceremony.

Don't know when the wedding is yet.

He dressed up as a clown, and got her parents to get her to a restaurant where he was and the funny part is that she didn't recognize him until he took off his red clown nose and said "I'm not clowning around, will you marry me?".

He's a clever kid...we all like him a lot.
