My new Storybook cart arrived.. pix on pg 4 - finally!

and I am ready to put it to work! If I finish a LO tonight, I'll post it. This seems to offer so many exciting choices - better than some of the carts I have.
Has anyone else gotten it? Be interested to hear your opinions.

uhmmmm, and would you want me to bring along my Storybook cart? Having a fun time with it, but have a question. Designs in larger sizes are cutting nicely, but the fancy letters are not smooth around the edges, so here is how i have been cutting them speed is low, pressure is med and blade is 5/6 but the edges are not smooth. Could any of you please suggest what settings might work more effectively. I used Bazzill cardstock and used multi-cut. Thanks.
BTW - summer school ends next week, and I'll just bet I might get down to Lisa's meet next month. Jennifer, I have a bunch of Disney stuff for you too. Caroline

Caroline, I would probably kick the pressure and the speed up to high. Those settings seem to work best with Bazzill. Then try a lower blade number. If that doesn't work, I might try a fresh blade at a lower blade number, but still with the pressure and speed high.

Noticed you're just across the border in Massachusetts - I might have to take a road trip, lol. Are you going to CK Hartford?

I did. You don't have to design studio to use the jukebox. The jukebox allows you to not have to change a cartridge every time you need a new one. You can just load it and not have to change out. I have Pooh and Friends, but I still need Pooh Font.

i so want that pooh cart. i am going to call acmoore and see if it came in. maybe if i call them enough they will get tired of hearing from me and just get me the cart. i looked up the storybook one and i love it. i may have to order that one. how does the jukebox know which cart you want to use? or does it wait until you put the keypad on??

It looks like there is a button on the jukebox that you push to tell you which cart you are using.

Now, I am a wee bit curious...how would putting the keyboard overlay, tell the bug which cart to use?

i was so curious that i was just reading about it. i looks like there is a button that you hit that tells which cart you want to use. so i guess the key pad has nothing to do with it. it's all in the button you pick.
(this is what i'm guessing)
ashley is gonna tell us all about it!!!!! and tell us how great it is!!!!! and then we all have to buy one!!!!!! (that's my plan anyway!!!!)
