My National Rate went WAY UP!

I had a rate for $144 with both the contract and coupon codes. So then I checked it again today and its $259!!! OH MY!!! I should have booked it when I saw that rate but I wasn't sure on the dates I'm that going to WDW. I'm kicking myself now. It looks like I'll have to book with Alamo using my AP code. Please tell me that the National rate will go down again.

I am so thankful I reserved when I did. The $144 rate I got for 9 days is GREAT. I check every few days and today it was WAY up, even using the same codes! Make a the best reservation you can find, and then check all of the onsite agencies every day. If you find something better, cancel the original and rebook. I've done it several times for this trip, but I don't think it will go lower.

They probably have alot of bookings for your dates, that's why it went up. It probably will not go down. Always book when you see a good rate, you can always cancel it. I was even able to modify the dates last year and keep the same rate even though a new reservation was much more.

I booked nine days in July for $138 the other morning. A few hours later, the same car for the same dates was $258, and it's been there ever since. I'm so glad I booked when I did.......

I have 17 days in July for $270. and it is now up to $470.
