I ordred tics for 2 different nights, the 26th and the 28th. They came today and they sent 2 sets for the 26th and a set of the 29th! I called and they said I have to return the extra set and the wrong set before the will credit me and send the new tics. I understand them wanting them back but this was their fault. What happens if I return them and they are lost or misdirected, am I out the $$? Is this typical? Why can't they just cancel those in their system and re-issue the correct tix??

Anyway they CM said put a note in there axplaining what happened and I can send them certified mail and they will credit me the shipping, credit the extra set and re-issue the tics that are wrong. I am happy with that and will be thrilled when I get the right tickets. I can't wait for OCtober to get here!
