My MNSSHP arrived and they are wrong :(

I ordred tics for 2 different nights, the 26th and the 28th. They came today and they sent 2 sets for the 26th and a set of the 29th! I called and they said I have to return the extra set and the wrong set before the will credit me and send the new tics. I understand them wanting them back but this was their fault. What happens if I return them and they are lost or misdirected, am I out the $$? Is this typical? Why can't they just cancel those in their system and re-issue the correct tix??
 
They always ask for the originals back.

Make a copy of them before you send them. They are really good about crediting your account.

We had plans to go to MVMCP in 2001, but we cancelled our plans. I was able to get a refund on my tickets after I sent them back the originals.

Just make a copy of them front and back and you'll have proof just in case something goes wrong.

I'm sure everything will work out.

I'm sure everything will work out fine. Good thing you noticed now, rather than in Oct.!!!
 
Also you could pay for delivery confirmation. I know it sucks that you have to pay money because of someone elses mistakes but at least this way you can be sure that everthing has arrived.
 

Also, think about getting insurance on the package of tickets. That way if anything happens to them, you will get reimbursed and then can buy new tickets.

Thanks. I had to call back because I forgot to ask what address to even send them to :crazy: Anyway they CM said put a note in there axplaining what happened and I can send them certified mail and they will credit me the shipping, credit the extra set and re-issue the tics that are wrong. I am happy with that and will be thrilled when I get the right tickets. I can't wait for OCtober to get here! :)
 
The same exact thing happened to us, different dates, though.
And now we are sending back two sets.
Hoping to receive the right date on one set and a credit for the other.

Our dates are wrong to. I requested 3 times for the 17 but they sent us ones for the 14. We weren't supposed to arrive until 8pm but I think my husband wants to add a day or arrive earlier on Thursday so we may be going twice. :teeth:
 
I had tickets to MVMCP last year but had to move our vacation up a week so had to get new tickets. What I did was spend the little extra cash and sent them fed ex overnight with a signature so I knew they would have been received and they exchanged the tickets without problem.

I did call after a week to check the status on the new tickets and everything was fine.
 
This will be our first time for the MNSSHP, I was wondering where you buy the tickets, how far in advance to buy them and is it totally insane to go on Oct.31? Appreciate any help you can give.:confused:

Call 407-WDISNEY to order your tickets.
As far as going Halloween night, I've never been but heard it is crowded AND it sells out fast, so I would call soon.
 
I honestly think it's too crowded on Halloween night. There isn't anything going on that doesn't happen at every Not So Scary plus the crowds tended to have more during the party then there were in the park during the day (Although that happens often as you get closer to Halloween)! If you can get in any other day I would recomend doing that.
