Nope, I live in Tennessee, but I have a condo on Perdido Key FL, that's the view from my condo in the photo below... but it's only a 15 minute drive to Gulf Shores from there!

Completely off topic but I love Perdido Key. We have been lucky enough to camp right on the beach at what was the All Star Campground. They sold it a couple years ago to a developer. It was so beautiful there we just loved it! I enjoyed your picture!

I know exactly where the campground was... I used to walk by it all the time......it was a really nice one too.

Yes, Very nice. We would make reservations a year in advance to get the site right up front on the beach. I am not surprised that they sold the land as it must have been worth a fortune. We went to Destin the next year and it was not the same. This year our beach trip is the cruise. That is costing just a bit more than taking our trailer! I am sure we will enjoy it though.
