We did this last trip in May. I got 2 ponys, 2 + of all the clothing, and the accessories, 1 bed, 1 dresser,1 boom box, a teapot , 2 cups, 2 plates,4 brushes, 3 blankets, many, many hair clips, and a few more things. I nestled the bed cavity witht the dresser, and stuffed rolled up clothing around that. Then I put the ponies neck to .... rear, and stuffed clothing, etc. all around it. As I put the bed/dresser in I checked for unfilled space under it and packed it with stuff, then the 2 ponies and again packed it with stuff. The top must close, and mine did.... and stayed closed till I got back to the hotel to sort the stuff!
The most I have ever seen stuffed in 1 box was a lady that got all 4 different ponies, 4 of each outfit, 1 bed and some blankets in! I was really in awe and amazement! I could not believe what she got in... and again the box closed!
The box is about 1 inch shorter then the Potota head box, and if you look at both places you will find some things that are in the Pony place that are also in the Potota head place, like the MM ice creams. The only difference was that they were pink MM ice creams at the ponies, and Choc./brown at the Potota head. There was at least 1 other thing that both shared. I got a few of the pink/"strawberry" ice cream to use with the potota head.
Lots of fun! I do this almost every time I go to WDW. And I was going to do it in Cal. at DL, but they didn't have as much stuff there!
