OK, just bought "The Princess Promenade" for DD2/12 and we watched it for the third time in two days. DH wants to know the dealio with ponies. Why do little girls like ponies?
I tried to explain to him that they have colored hair, sparkly rumps, cute names like "Wysteria", "PinkyPie", "Minty" and my favorite, Sunny Daze"
.
Then there are the Breezies, little fairy-like ponies. The only thing better than fairies and ponies, I said, are flying fairy ponies. So then he wanted to know how new ponies are made and why there are no stallions.
I explained to him that in the 80s, there were these Clydesdale-like ponies on the show. Anybody remember them?
I bought DD 8 ponies for her birthday as well as the amusement park. DD takes her Easter My Little Pony everywhere.
Am I becoming a Mylittleponyholic? Luckily, Hasbro doesn't make as many Ponies as Ty Co. made Beanie Babies. And Crocs only have 17 colors in the Beach style ... Can anyone help me explain why My Little Pony needs to be in our house?
