Well as a lot of you know, I was planning a vacation. As you can see by my ticker, we are supposed to leave this weekend.
I was looking through properties and was set on a beautiful Paradise Palms one. I felt like I got to know the owner and was very comfortable. I am a tad bit of a property snob when it comes to cleanliness. So I like to get to know the owner and always tell them to take care of me! Haha
Anyway, my daughter got very sick and we weren't sure we could go. I let the property go so the owner could rent it to someone else.
We are able to go now! Yay! But Im scrambling since there is nothing left!
I found a 3 bedroom located in Windsor hills. It's very cute and the price is right. It's managed by Global Resorts but I went through the owner. I rented a house from another person and windsor who had global as their management company and the house was spotless. The only issue is I wouldn't be able to get in until the fourth. We wanted to leave the 2nd..but not the end of the world.
I also have a beautiful townhome in Windsor. More expensive by $200 but very upscale and more room. It's less "kiddy" which my older kids would like. I have never been to WP though.
I also have a possibility in Encantada. I know nothing about this resort and saw a few write ups that people were nervous of the area it's in?
Im still trying for paradise palms because of the pool and I just love the look of the resort.
How is Encantada? WP? Am I going to be nuts in a condo because of the noise?
