My house remortgage was done 3/13

Went from 7.25% to 5.375%
Down to 15yr from a 30yr mortgage - had already paid 9yrs so cut off 6yrs
Such a relief having it done

That is agreat rate. I went from 7.125 to 5.875. mine is 30 yrs. I wished I could of done the 30 yr but I am alone owning this house so I didn't have a choice. Either way it is a good rate. my first house 23 yrs ago was almost 14 points.
