Hi! Thanks for making your way over here. I'm excited to try out kouzzina and explore the boardwalk area for the first time. I'm glad you like my centerpieces. I saw in your PTR that you are a part time wedding planner so if you have any pointers along the way feel free to share!

Wednesday, September 28th

So on this day we have decided to finally visit

Cinderella_Castle.jpg

The Magic Kingdom!

It's weird that we're visiting all of the other parks before we even make it here, but that's the way it fit into our schedule. I plan on making rope drop today. I think we will head to Fantasyland first. I'd like to grab a ride on this

peter_pens_flight.JPG

I've never ridden this before so it's a must do for me. Here's a shocker. I've never been on this ride

Crazy I know. So I will have to hit these up next. I will definitely be seeing this while were in Fantasyland.

It is definitely my favorite 3d attraction at Disney World. I'm not sure what else Matt is going to be willing to go on. I'd like to ride Snow White's Scary Adventure if it's still around since it won't be there for too much longer. I'd also like to ride Winnie the Pooh just to check out the new queue. I won't be mad though if he says he wants to skip It's a Small World. I could go without riding it.

Next it will be on to Frontierland. I think we'll start with

It was down the last time I was in Disney World, so I'm really looking forward to riding it this time. I'd like to check out Tom Sawyer Island while we're in Frontierland just because I've never been over there before. Matt wants to see Country Bear Jamboree, so we'll probably check that out cuz I've never seen it. When lunch time rolls around we'll probably grab a bite to eat at Columbia Harbor House or Pecos Bill's.

We'll move on to Adventureland after we finish lunch. First stop is

Then I'd like to check out the Enchanted Tiki Room because I hear it's supposed to be the original show and I've never seen the original. I'd also like to take a ride on the

The-Jungle-Cruise-1.jpg

It was also down last time I was in Disney so I want to ride it this time.

Now it will probably be time to head out. I know I've missed some major rides, but don't worry we will be coming back later.

At 3pm we have to be over at the Animal Kingdom Jambo House for

A wine tasting at Jiko!

I'm excited about this. I've never really been to a real wine tasting with cheese plates and all. I saw this on the disney food blog and mentioned it to Matt. He said he would like to do it. So my reaction was to book it right away. It's only offered on Wednesdays so I changed the original schedule to accommodate this. I think it will be worth it.

After we've had our fill of wine and cheese we'll return to the Magic Kingdom.

I'd like to fit in these next rides in no particular order.

Then it will be time to grab something quick for dinner and scout out a spot for MSEP and Wishes. That will complete our first day at the Magic Kingdom. We don't have any plans for the night, so we might check out this place

It looks like a nice place to relax and have a drink and maybe an appetizer or two. Then it's off to bed.

Sounds like a fun day! The wine tasting at Jiko sounds really neat. I had no idea you could do that. It sounds like the perfect honeymoon activity. :thumbsup2

Lol we had MK on day six when we first started planning but when we had to change the dates it ended up being our 2nd park! ;)

I want to try the tea cups but Zaheer is not into spinning rides so it will be a solo trip for me if I decide to go on them. I also hope Snow White is still running for our trips.

The wine tasting sounds like a good plan and a nice way to have a break in the middle of the day! :thumbsup2

Looks like a great MK day and a wine tasting in between sounds fab :)

Yeah I thought that the wine tasting would be something very memorable so I couldn't pass it up.

I just got an okay from Matt on riding whatever I want to in Fantasyland. His attitude these days is "if we're there we might as well do everything we can" so now Snow White and Winnie the Pooh are definitely on the list. Maybe you can catch a ride on the tea cups with Alice or the Mad Hatter since Zaheer won't go on them :thumbsup2

Yeah I'm very excited about the wine tasting. Now I just have to figure out what to wear that day.

sounds like a great day of plans!!!

Thanks, I just hope I can fit everything in without being exhausted by the end of the day.

Yeah I bet MSEP will look even more amazing after some wine :lmao: I heard that they keep refilling the wine glasses until the bottles are gone, so we'll be in good shape.

Well I just found out that they added Fantasmic! to my Hollywood Studios day. I had a feeling that would happen. So much for my wish for very low crowds. I guess it probably still won't be that crowded. It does say it's only open until 8pm that night instead of 9 like all of the other days but that will probably change too. Now I'm not sure whether to change my Kouzzina reservation to another night and stay for Fantasmic or just stick with my original plan :confused3. Oh well, I have time to figure it out. I hope that everyone has already planned to go elsewhere that day though, haha. I think that the Studios is the worst place to run into big crowds. So my options are I could go see Fantasmic either Saturday (arrival night), stay and watch it on Tuesday at the Studios, or park hop from Epcot on Thursday to watch it. What do you guys think? Confused yet cuz I am

I know I'm not happy about F! being added every night as well. On our first night at DHS we had a closing time ADR at 50s PTC which meant we would be leaving with the park to ourselves. Not happening anymore because of F! being added :sad2: It will now probably be packed when we are leaving.

I would go with watching the show on Tuesday when you are in Studios as you can then enjoy Epcot at night on Thursday :goodvibes

Yeah Fantasmic really had to go and screw up everyone's schedule. I guess to look on the bright side though is that I won't have to wait 2 hours in line for the show. Thanks for your input about when to see it.

So I've decided that we will stay in the Studios on Tuesday night to watch Fantasmic. This means we will probably eat at Pizza Planet for dinner because Matt loves Toy Story and says we must eat there at some point. I changed our Kouzzina reservation to Thursday night at 8:30pm, so that day we will go to Epcot then walk over to the boardwalk for dinner. Don't worry though we will get to enjoy Epcot on Monday night, and I figured we could possibly go to Epcot EMH on Wednesday evening if we wanted to spend more time in the world showcase at night.

So I thought I would give you guys another peek at my wedding. We'll start with attire for the wedding party.
Here are the bridesmaid dresses

img0_chocolate.jpg

Those will go on my sister and Matt's sister and my maid of honor (well I guess I technically should say matron of honor because she's married) will be wearing the same dress in this color

img0_azure_medium.jpg

They will all be carrying bouquets of peach flowers. Probably a mixture of roses and daisies. They all have different color necklaces that are pretty much the same design. I can't find any pictures of them but they all have 6 or 7 metal flowers. Sorry I'm not good at describing them  They will all have their own shoes, too. I had originally planned to have them wear all the same ones but that didn't work out. All of the shoes will be a neutral color though. I also bought them little cardigans to go over their dresses as their present.

Here are the tuxes the groomsmen will be wearing

Here are the swatches of the vest colors I picked out

The best man will be wearing this color to match my matron of honor

Both groomsmen and both of our dads will be wearing this color (sorry it's so small)

And Matt will be wearing this color to match me

They will all have paisley ties that match their vests.

I think I will save my ensemble for a later post, so I have something for you guys to look forward to. What do you think of the attire so far?

Am glad you are staying to watch F! on Tuesday. Going from Epcot to Boardwalk sounds like a great idea - I have heard it looks great in the evenings.

Love the dresses! :thumbsup2 They look gorgeous.

I also like how the swatches match with the dress colours. Yes, keeping your attire for a seperate post sounds like a good idea - can't wait to see it.

Yay glad you will get to see Fantasmic! I want to try Pizza Planet too, just because of Toy Story! :cool1:

Your bridesmaid dresses are beautiful, and the tuxes are really nice! Love the colors you have picked out!

Gorgeous bridesmaids dresses and I love the suits :)

What is up with Disney constantly changing their schedules?!? I never even knew this happened. Now I'm having to re-check our dates once a week. So confusing!

But, those dresses are lovely! It's hard to find a bridesmaids dress that "you can wear again"... but I think you managed it with yours!:thumbsup2

The tuxes are very handsome as well!
