My guest checking in before me

Hopefully someone here can help before I have to make a call. I'm going to SSR with three friends, one who will be arriving before myself and the other person. I put all our names on the ressie, but will she be able to check in?What about DDP, can she just may for her portion? I'm not sure what's the best way to handle this. I told her to relax and go to the pool until we arrive.

Two of our party of four arrived before we did. They checked in and got room keys with no problem. CM asked them about putting charges on a credit card and they told cm we would handle that when the rest of the party got there. At that time DP wasn't an option. Hope that helps.

So can you have two different credit cards on file?? Another couple is joining us for our Oct. trip. They may want to have a card on their keys if possible.

so far I know you can only have one credit card on the same room. and then with express checkout you get the bill on the door for what was charged.
As far as the DDP-we all had to pay at check in the last 3 times. One time my mom wasn't in line with me and they told me I could just pay her part and have her reimburse me because they had to have everything paid for before the plan could be active on the room key. hope that helps

I just called MS and DDP has to be paid at check-in. So whoever checks in first would have to pay for everyone and than the rest can reimburse them.
They can use the pool and facilities, it's not like they would get kicked out, but they wouldn't be able to check into the room.

So I'll just have my friend wait at the pool until I arrive. This way we can check in together and just pay our own DDP.
