My very generous company gives us birthday gifts! Yay!

I am responsible for purchasing birthday gifts for my office and I must purchase a gift for myself. There's nothing that I can think of in the way of needing or wanting for myself right now -- typically I purhase gift cards like Amazon or Best Buy or something similar for our employees.

I'm wondering if there are any gift cards, or any way to purchase some sort of gift card, that I can apply towards my credit card payment.

Not that I know of.
But you could get a prepaid MC/Visa and use that for a bill and use the money you were going to pay the bill with to pay your CC.

I would get a Pre-paid Visa and use that for your groceries and stuff and then put the money that you didn't spend from your checking account at the grocery toward your credit card bill.

I would do something like mentioned above. I'd get like a gas station gas card or grocery store card, use that for my purchase and paid whatever I would have spent toward the credit card.

honestly, I don't like those prepaid Visa/MC. You have to have a certain % over the purchase amount for the transaction to clear and we always end up with $2-3 left on the cards my kids get, which is not much, but still a waste

My company buys a lot of restaurants and amazon, walmart.
We like landrys, starbucks and vanilla visa so we can use them on our trip.
Amazon is good for prime now groceries to your room
