We expect to book a Honolulu to Australia cruise in September 2020, with Aulani before the cruise. I can’t believe we are thinking about a fourth trip to Aulani. Neither of us expected to like the Hawaiian / Aulani experiences so much, but we have.

We did that cruise in reverse a few years ago on the Radiance. Wonderful time! And we've been to Aulani 4 times as well (including a stay after that sailing) with #5 in the works for next year.

@WebmasterPete is currently at Aulani (but leaving for Tokyo soon) and posted some pictures/video to social media. Its such a beautiful place. In several of them I was able to spot the OVGV that we (and you @bobbiwoz) have been in previously and hope to get next year. sigh.

Just booked a SV Grand Villa for March, 2020. Very excited. Know we will be in the Ewa tower, no SV in the other. Same tower we stayed in in 2013, but in a 2BR. This will be our first ever GV stay anywhere. Super excited.

See, everyone has a favorite tower, we did not have a preference, we just requested high, and we were the highest GV, floor 11.

This will be our third time on Radiance of the Seas. The previous two cruises were Vancouver to Honolulu. On these cruises there always were plenty of folks continuing to Australia. We have decided to do the opposite, Australia to Hawaii. We get to Honolulu late April or early May next year. I know we will leave from NYC , flying to Australia either the Monday or Tuesday after Easter next year. One Disboards person, Princess in Oz and I have met in WDW years ago, and we will meet again, this time on her turf!

At one time, we were going to book the September cruise, but other destinations await. In October 2020, our Ohio neighbors and we decided on a Celebrity Cruise from Rome, that includes overnight stops in Israel, and this is something I very much wanted to do. So, that left next Spring as the time to do Australia.

We may not have friends with us next year, my DSis has decided to go to China, and our neighbors may “settle” for a new bathroom. So, we will be looking for a one bedroom in Aulani for a few nights.

It sounds great Bobbi. We won't be sailing to Hawaii until September 2020 and with a post cruise stay at Aulani. It will be our first RCCL cruise since 1990. We like Celebrity but the prices have gotten so much more expensive compared to the RCCL cruise.

Hoping to get some insight on how hard it is to get a 3brGrand Villa standard view at 7 months. Is anyone have experience/success here? We love Aulani just cant get out there enough to own there.
