I signed up for the vb email and got a $20 of $75 coupon plus free shipping, can also be used in store.

They have the Weekender bag on sale even in the newer colors. Normally $94 on sale now for $75.99. I also ordered the East West Tote on sale for $35.99. I went to the store to check both out, I'm new to VB and this is all for my DD. She wanted a tote for school. They do not have the East West tote in stores, it is a discontinued item but they do have it online in the newer colors still. *ETA: I noticed the Weekender has lower pricing on some older colors.

My DD used Christmas money recently and purchased a tablet hipster and a little wristlet. That day they had a promo and she got a small duffle free. I wanted to get her the weekender to go with the duffle. The weekender looks perfect for her.

Sounds like you got some great deals. You should sign up for their emails. There are some great specials! I just ordered on Sunday, buy two items get one free. They also send out 40-50% deals on discontinued styles on a pretty regular basis. I usually order enough to get free shipping, then save bags for gifts.
I just gave my DD a large makeup bag, and filled it with a complete set of travel items for her birthday. She seemed thrilled. I have so much Vera, and I love all of it!

If you are in Orlando, stop at the outlet. They carry many retired patterns. A couple weeks ago, the entire store was 50% off the outlet prices. weekenders were 37.50 as were Get Carried Away totes....
