My First PTR or: How many people have to die before I get to the World????

I am sorry for your loss. I struggle with sadness about how small our family gatherings are for my children. I was surrounded by so many relatives growing up; we always travelled to mulitple locations over the holidays.

I console myself in the knowledge that those are my memories. My daughters don't need as many family members around to have wonderful memories. I terribly miss those who are no longer with me (my dad and grandmom especially), but they only know who is with us.

The holidays make it even harder...sorry.
