My first PIN

I feel so special! I just got an email with a PIN...but of course, I don't think we'll be able to use it. It's only valid for certain dates in Nov. and Dec. and we're going in January.

Oh well. It's nice to be recognized.

How did your pin arrive. If email, where does it come from. I always seems to delete these things.

It was email. I'll have to go back and check to see who it came from exactly. It did say Walt Disney World in the from line, but I think it said something else too.

They didn't give a ton of details. You've probably seen the ads for "Family of Four as low as $1500". Well this was very similar...but is was as low as $1350 for 7 days / 6 nights at a value resort.

As for the dates:
*Rate available for stays between November 1 and November 18 and between November 27 and December 25, 2005. The number of packages available at this rate is limited. No group rates or other discounts apply. Offer is nontransferable. Advance reservations required.

Then it just said to call and mention my PIN #.

How do you get on the list to receive an email with a PIN? This is the first I have heard about this.

No discount if you're going during the value season otherwise it's about 10%.

For my dates the "deal" is rack rate with a PIN.

I got a PIN # email last year........... we used it to stay at POFQ this past Feb.
I haven't gotten one again........ wish I would!!!

As for how you get "ON" the list, ??? I have NO IDEA how I got one. I guess it's really just luck of the draw.........

Too bad you can't use it though.......... my luck I"ll get another and not be able to use it either............ our trip is in Jan./ Feb.

I don't think there is a way that you can guarantee yourself a pin. Basically you just want to register at Disney.com, and that may get you on the list, but I think the selections are sometimes random as to who gets the PIN email and who doesn't.
