My first ever PTR...Too excited not to tell everyone my plans!

Hi All,

I've been lurking on these boards for quite some time now but finally decided to sign-up after I convinced my fiance that we should go to Disney World for our Honeymoon.

Let me give you a little bit of background. I'm getting married to the man of my dreams on September 23, 2011! We will embark on our honeymoon adventure on September 24th. We will be staying 8 nights in Disney World then heading over to Universal Studios for 6 nights. We will also visit Sea World and possibly Discovery Cove if we can. As my DF would tell you, I cannot stop talking about how excited I am for this trip. So I decided to share my excitement and my plans with other people that are probably just as excited as I am about Disney.

I may be new to these boards, but I'm definitely not new to The World. This will be my 4th visit and my DF's 3rd. However, this will mark our first trip there as adults on our own. This means we get to relax and do Disney on our terms. It will also be my first visit to the Food and Wine Festival (so excited!) and possibly MNSSHP. I've never been to Islands of Adventure or Sea World, so this trip is going to be full of firsts for me and my DF.

So here is what I've got so far...

We will be staying in a preferred king room at Coronado Springs Resort! Does anyone know what buildings these are in yet? This will be my first time in a moderate resort (I stayed at ASMu last time) and my DFs first time staying on Disney property. I just love being immersed in the whole Disney experience for the entire stay. I'm hoping to get in the Casitas buildings because I love the whole courtyard look (I think it's romantic) and because it's close to bus stop #2. Pepper Market sounds like a good place to have breakfast, and I'm looking forward to checking out Cafe Rix and some of the other bars at the hotel. I'm also excited to check out the Dig Site. It looks awesome.

Another thing that I'm super excited about is the great food we will get to have on our trip. DF has never eaten at any of the table service restaurants at Disney before so he is definitely in for a treat. Here is a list of restaurants that we plan to visit so far in no particular order.
1. California Grill
2. Sanaa
3. Coral Reef
4. San Angel Inn
5. Sci-Fi Drive-In
6. T-Rex (DF loves dinosaurs)
7. Kouzzina

I don't think we are going to do the dining plan unless free dining is offered again and I'm inclined to switch our reservation. But we are registering for our honeymoon through the Disney Registry, so I'm hoping we will get enough money on our gift card to cover the dining expenses. I am sooooo impatient right now. The 180 window cannot come soon enough. I really wanna make those ADRs

Anyone have any suggestions of restaurants we should add to the list (or take away)?
