I'm surprised you didn't mention the bread served at Kona, along with the incredible macadamia nut butter! The best thing I tasted there was my mom's pomegranate glazed pork chop. She declared it the best pork chop she's ever tasted.

While bad reviews can make you second guess your own choices, it's always a good idea to try a place and judge for yourself. You might order the perfect dish that appeals to you, while someone else orders a dish that turns out to be not as expected.

For dessert I ordered the Rasberry Sorbet but the waiter brought the Chocolate Cream Cheese Buckle. He realized it and then brought the sorbet also. So I had 2 desserts......yep at them both!!!!! Both were really good. The chocolate buckle last year was really dry but this one was fresh! My son got a little sundae.

After all this food I am dreading weighing myself tomorrow. Back to dieting I go so I can get ready for my trip next year.

You know what the bread was really good. I didn't eat too much of it though. I was saving up for the main course

My son LOVED the Hoop De Doo Review. I was concerned he wouldn't enjoy it but to my surprise he laughed the whole time. They sang songs he knew. He also enjoyed the food. We will be doing this again next year

OMG! That thing looks soooo good. Can you describe it?

It was almost like a cake like muffin. It had a cream cheese filling in the center. It was really moist and warm. It would have been perfect served with a huge scoop of icecream. But I enjoyed every bite!!!
