My family

I have the greatest family and I wouldn't trade them for anything. No matter what disagreements we as a family may have had during the past, all differences can be set aside when we need each other. My family can laugh and cry with the best of them, knowing which to do when. When times get tough there is no other family I would want to go through it with me.

This past week I've seen the best my family has to offer. I knew we were a close family but didn't realize how much we meant to each other until tragedy struck. I have no doubts in my mind that if any of us need another, we will be there to support them with open arms and an open heart.

I love and cherish my family more than I can ever express on a message board but I wanted to tell someone (well a lot of someones I guess lol) how much my family means to me.

Never let go unsaid the "I love you"'s you might forget in the mornings and on the phone. Before you know it, it may be to late to tell someone how much they mean to you.


OK, back to the regularly scheduled me in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1......

I have the greatest family too! I'm talking about my own family. Despite that I lost my husband.. we're still a family. My children are good to me, despite that sometimes they don't listen or they don't want to hear me. And I think I am a good parent. What keeps us together and keeps us strong is faith.. faith in God.

Thanks for reminding us Jules (and Fantasia), what many seem to forget ~ family first and just how short life can be and to live each day to the fullest.

It never fails to amaze me, for as one gets older it only gets better and as a parent you can truly enjoy witnessing you 'reap what you sow'. I praise and thank God daily for my many blessings and my wonderful family. They surround us and bring much love, pride and joy and are always there through whatever this circle of life may deal us.
