Wow, that was something with the flights. I guess I'll never do Delta. I'm only on page . I decided to start over since I didn't know where I had left up. I know what you mean about layovers. It's difficult for adults, I can't imagine it with kids.

As you may have read in my PTR, we have the DP too. I have never used it. And am thinking we might not use all the TS. Can they be switched for something in the line of 2 CS? Or a TS for a CS? We don't like having ADRs everyday.

I completely understand about DHS. It's my least favorite park. First of all, I hate the layout. It's not like the others. You keep walking back in way you already went since it's not seemless like the other parks. And the attractions are not as appealing to me.

Sorry about the Haircut. The clip option ought to work. Or have you thought about a headband? Target had some cute soft ones. I'm thinking about grabbing a really wide one to take for bad hair days. Bonus it will protect my part. I need to get my haircut next weekend hopefully.

We are at a week today! The Easter Bunny brought packages for the girls from Mickey and the gang that had some fun things for them to do in the car.

My to-do list is like yours, every time I check something off, I add two things to the list. It just keeps getting longer.

Right now I am slightly obsessing about the weather. One web page is saying rain almost ALL WEEK! And another is saying no rain but all the days are in the 90's! UGH!

Happy Easter, Found your ptr this two days ago and was hooked right away. So many good ideas and tips just wanted to say thanks to all of you.I already found the app and have it on phone. Its small but oh so cute. Been thinking of some type of journal, didn't want to do a notebook binder type. So there I am stealing some of your pages plus someone mentioned doing index cards, think that is what I am going to try. As for motion sickness you have alot of ideas. My DS has issues and doesn't like meds so he does ginger root. Some ideas for those 100 pills they work on any stomach issue, gas, heart burn... As for your family thinks your crazy.. my dh just started telling the kids to treat it as a disease. Can't wat to hear all the magic your trip has instore.

I keep adding things to my disney to-do list as soon as I cross one off. Very impressed you already have the kids stuff packed and almost have your scrapbook from last year done (you'll post some pictures, right?)! I still need to get my suitcases from my parents house... I have this thing called work that has gotten busier and busier the closer the trip gets. Which is good for business, not for disboards.

And sorry to hear about the haircut! I hate when that happens. Hopefully a few days with the new hairdo has helped you learn new ways to wear it!

Hi all. Just a quick update as I am super busy. Why am I super busy you might ask?



You probably think it's because I'm busy getting lesson plans together for next week. Or perhaps it's that ghastly to-do list I have created for myself? Or maybe I'm busy shuttling the kids around to their various sports practices/meetings?? Or maybe I just can't get my butt off the DIS since I am so excited about our trip???



Nope, none of the above. In fact, I wish one of those reason were the reason I was so busy!



The real reason I'm so busy, is that we woke up Sunday morning and our van was gone. That's right. Stolen. Right out of our driveway during the night. Happy Easter to us, right? Seriously. I am not kidding about this. Someone stole my minivan complete with 2 carseats in the back. Oh and my purse. And my work laptop was in the trunk.



So on top of my Disney to-do list, now I have a rearrange my stuff because my van was stolen to-do list. And I'm not going to lie to you--it ain't short! I can't believe how much trouble a stolen vehicle can cause. I wouldn't believe it if I wasn't experiencing it for myself! Credit cards to cancel, police reports, insurance claims, bank accounts to close and reopen (which requires multiple trips!), direct deposits to change, automatic withdrawls for bills to stop and switch, letters to write about my accounts changing/closing, credit brueaus to notify, and a visit to the social security admin as well as DMV.



So there you have it people. I don't think it could get much worse than that. Van stolen on Easter, 7 days before vacation with all of my credit cards and license. And this whole situation is really putting a damper on my last week before vacation giddiness!! I haven't even had time to enjoy the fact that one week from this moment I will be enjoying Fantasmic!!


So sadly, all of my catching up on other people's PTRs will have to wait. As will updating my own PTR. I'm sure I'll make it back on here to update later this week. Until then, I hope all of you who are leaving in a few days like me have a magical vacation! See you when we get back and all start our trip reports!!

I'm so sorry to hear about your van. People are just really rotten nowadays.

I hope you can get everything sorted out as painless as possible. And I hope you can have some time to relax before you leave. My fingers are crossed that the van will turn up - and that it just grew legs and walked off and forgot where home was.

Hoping to hear more, but understanding if you're absent from your family here to take care of things outside of the PC-land.
