Had a problem with a neighbour's special needs daughter who walks to school with our special needs son. Its heartbreaking that these two kids have no one else who bothers with them because they are 'different'. Well she is very bossy and actually hit him yesterday and stormed off and left him then had a go at his brother who caught him up on the way to school. I'm going to go and see her mum (who has become a friend) next week as the parents are having a weekend away and I didn't want to upset her before she goes, she also suffers with depression and I feel a bit worried about adding to her concerns. Trouble is I was awake this morning between 2-4am worrying about it! Too many things have happened just recently I can't keep quiet about anymore, I've got to think of Ashley's feelings above anything else. Completely at the other end of the scale we've had a letter today saying Glen is having a story which school submitted for a competition published so at least we have some nice news also!
