Has anyone been able to join this. Annoyingly, I've tried numerous times, and just get a error, with all details lost

Wanted to email them to enquire about adding travel to an existing booking.....but just end up on hold for ages at 5p per minute

I can log into that Its just your normal website log in

But I can't find any contact emails or anything in there.
And my last booking has been an gone so I can't find out if you can amend it online either
