hi all,

Has anybody done My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party @ Disney's Grand Floridian Resort sounds really nice for our DD (6) , Any views or news might help us decide ??? :thumbsup2

Yep we did this on my DDs birthday a few years ago, I think her 8th?

Very cute, not too busy gets a disney doll,Its hosteted by a fairy who sprinkles rose petals and put tiaras on the girls (sleeping beauty only comes in right at the end)
Most kids are in princess outfits maybe 80 20 split and the princess comes and gives her a rose and a little braclette and you get sandwiches and they bring out and cut a princess cake, They serve the kids apple tea from a tea pot they read a story with the kids too and dance around the tea room,

It is very expensive but worth it if you have a little princess mad fan , but id keep it for a special occasion, i plan to take Isabelle when shes older.:lovestruc

Hiya, Thanks for the reply... yeah we did Princess Storybook Dining @ Akershus Royal Banquet Hall when DD was 4 so thought this might be something she would really enjoy as she is Princess mad !!! :)

I'm doing it with my DD who will be nearly 5 in October.

You have to phone to book and pay in full when you book - was $250 for an adult and child. It's on 4 or 5 days a week 10.30-12 noon.

Reservations open at 180 days - think I booked 150 days out. At first they tried to tell me fully booked but I think she was searching the wrong thing.

I debated it for a long time as it is a huge amount of money. She is really into the princess thing at the moment and as I don't know if we will be back next year didn't want to miss the chance (my nieces by 6/7 were into hsm and hannah montana). Anyway made some money on ebay and decided to go for it.

There are some good clips of it on you tube.

I struggled to find reviews on here. On the main trip reports board p1 there is a review by cdolta - how i survived 11 days.... In her signature is a link to a mum/daughter trip with a detailed review of the tea party.
