Anyone participated in this? It's $250, but this trip is a birthday present for DD and Sleeping Beauty is her favorite princess so I'd really like to do this for her.

The menu looks great and the experience would be well worth it I think. Just wanted to get an insider's perspective.

Thanks.

In 2005 my wife took our only daughter who was 3 at the time of the party to this day she still remembers it as it was yesterday. They both had a wonderful day and to this day if my wife looks at all the pictures she still gets tears in her eyes.
The girls are all given charm bracelets, princess dolls and are greeted personally by the princesses.
The girls have their own place at the table and are given official titles and the meal is wonderful too make sure you dress her as a princess for the event as she will be taught the ways of a princess.
It is a once in a lifetime event that you and your daughter will remember well worth the price..

My DD and I went in 2007 for her 6th birthday. Aurora is her favorite also. It is well worth the money, if you can afford to go. I video taped the whole thing (the best I could).

Make sure they know it's her birthday. My DD was the only one celebrating that day and everyone sang Happy Birthday. Aurora even wished her a Happy Birthday.

In fact, my DD has asked if we could go again when we go in 2009. It's not in the card for this trip but maybe for our Mother-Daughter trip in 2011.

We were there Friday the 19th. It depends on what you consider "worth your money". My dd4 loves tea parties but she did not enjoy this one. She wanted to eat and leave. She did not pay attention to the story or care about the fancy setting. She prefers our tea parties at home.

I am glad we did it but we won't do it again.

Always give something a try. Everyone's opinion will be different.

Thanks for all the info - I'm very excited about this. I think DD will have a ball and I will most definitely tell them its her birthday.

Thanks again!

This is a very special event and if the cost is doable, I would make time for it. DD went with my mom when she was 7 and it was the perfect memory for the two of them. Most little girls dress up in their princess dresses or a nice party dress. The doll that is included is the size of an American Girl doll and you can purchase additional outfits at the gift shop. There will be great interaction with the staff and Aurora. Dh and I watched from the lobby and all the little girls had a wonderful time. Have fun!

I took my DD for her 6th birthday and now she is going to be ten. she loved it and still talks about it to this day. It was expensive but very special and I think she'll remember it for a long time.
