My Disney Experience

Hello. There is a party of 10 going next August to Disney. We are staying off site. My wife, and two oldest children and I all are logged into My Disney Experience from a previous trip. I am trying to set up my two youngest children but every time I type in a name under ADD GUEST, it is rejected and says Try Again. Any suggestions. Thanks in adavance

Without much more than "try again" I would suggest calling and talking to a cast member?

I had a similar problem adding my grandkids. Make sure that you enter their Title. Young boys need to be Mstr.

I was having sporatic issues with MDE on the weekend as well, trying to link magic bands and tickets. A quick phone call to the help desk and they fixed it all up
