My disney experience profile missing?

Anyone else having issues? Apparently my profile does not exist anymore? On hold with technical assistance (long wait....). TIA!!!

I can't log on either to my home computer. I am trying to access my Memory Maker and it says my username and password don't exist? I read on another thread that someone else is having similar issues. I called and they wouldn't even give me an estimated wait time so I hung up. I will try and log on tomorrow.

I am having the same issue also! I'm glad I am not the only one.... I almost had a panic attack!

Oh its not just me! Phew! It said that my login/password were not recognized. They better figure this out soon.

Just spoke with technical service who told me everyone is locked out of the system, even Disney. Supposedly it should be back up later tonight or tomorrow morning. Told that too many queries crashed the system....??? so glad I am not making FP+ tonight. Hoping that my ressies, tickets, and FP+ are still there!!! Was told they should be there....yes, I too am having/was having a panic attack...

I can get the app to recognize my user name and password on my phone though.

Yep--I modified one of my hotel stays earlier today to add a day and was just thinking how convenient and great MDE was with the new functionality, vs waiting and waiting on the phone to modify a ressie......opinion revised.

I'd like to comment about how great FP+ is, but I don't think that's allowed.

I was on the phone earlier today with a Reservations Assistant and she asked me if we'd gotten our FP+ and Dining reservations confirmed for our May visit yet.
When I told her yes she said "Excellent. It's crazy here today."

yeah, I was told not to worry since Woody and Buzz were guarding our information after I asked if I should be concerned about my credit card info stored on my profile...and to have a magical day....
