My Disney Experience not allowing me to change ticket dates from Nov. to March 2021

We had to cancel our November 2020 trip that was rescheduled from April 2020. We have 5-day park hoppers assigned to our November trip and we are unable to change the dates in My Disney Experience. I just says "reassign ticket". Please help.

Most people I've seen on here with that issue have only had luck when they call.

I had October tickets and the system wouldn't let me change 2020 tickets into 2021 tickets, so I called and they fixed it up really quickly.

Are you sure you need to change the date? I think the only folks who must change the start date is if they pushed their trip earlier than originally planned. If the expiration was extended to 9/26/2021 you should just be able to make park reservations and use the tickets. Be aware that if you change anything with the extended tickets (add days, remove PH, etc.), the tickets may convert to regular ticket rules.
