My Disney Experience app won't let me sign in... :(

Is this a known problem or something? I KNOW I'm using the correct password & username, yet it won't recognize it. I have the Disney site pulled up on my computer with my reservation showing, so I know my login info is correct. The app says "NO", lol. I even tried resetting my password, which it did let me know and I still can't log-in. The APP & the website are the same usernames & password, right?! UGH

I generally have always found it easier to use the web version on my phone than actually use the app.

At least you can get on the website on your computer though. I can't even do that! Pretty much the only way MDE works for me is through my phones web browser!

I'm having the same problem. It just says to call. Have you found a solution?

Had the same problem, could login to the website but not the app. I had to call them to fix mine. Didn't take long.
