How common are the Steps from Cinderella in the park?? They are really the reason I wanted this meal.

Do you normally do 3 meals a day ts? This would be a TON for our family. I'm assuming you are on the deluxe plan?

Where are you staying? If you aren't staying at POR, I have heard that Boatwrights is not worth the trip there. We are staying at POR and only eating there for convenience. Might be better places to try if thats not your resort.

I agree with PP that 3 TS meals per day is a lot. Lots of time traveling, waiting, eating, clock watching so you aren't late to an ADR, etc. You lose a lot of park time. It's doable if you aren't with kids, tour at a slow pace, and space out meal times properly. I do DxDp but do 2 TS per day max. If you are on DxDP, I added real fast and believe you are over your credit allotment if you planned on using credits for the QS meals.

We are staying at POR. My DH really wants to try Boatwright's, so I gave in. We do tour pretty slowly, even with the kids, & the meals are spaced way out, most dinners are after park closing. I'm thinking we may end up cancelling some of the lunches & doing CS instead. For now this is what I have. I think my DH & I are just as big into the food experience as the park experience.
& we're only over by 1 credit, we're planning on paying OOP for EoS on our arrival day. Yes, we are on the DxDDP.

Especially if you are not going to a park on your arrival day, Boatwrights makes a lot of sense, because after dinner you can literally step next door and catch some of Bob Jackson's show. He starts at 8:30 and is a wonderful entertainer. It is in the lounge but is very kid-friendly.

On 12/14, do note that getting to the Cape May breakfast is a bit convoluted. Do NOT go from POR to Epcot unless your breakfast is a good half hour AFTER rope drop and you really feel like hiking through the park and back out the International Gateway; instead, go to DHS and take the boat to BC/YC. You do not have to use a DHS admission/Park Hopper to do this.

On 12/15, check the menu at Contempo Cafe in the CR for dinner. More choices and better food than the park CS locations.

My only other suggestion would be to consider the Cape May buffet dinner instead of 50sPT. Dinner is not a character meal but I think the food and overall experience is better. Endless crab legs and Oreo bon-bons...mmmm....

I think 1900PF dinner is your only real chance at Lady Tremaine and her daughters. And they ARE hilarious.

As u can see the sisters and Lady Tremaine make regular appearences in FantasyLand, there is agood chance you will see them early in the morning, but 1900 Park Fare is a good restaurant at least i thought so whe i was there

While I think you have picked some great dinning options, I think that may be more food then you think. The portions are typically huge. You said you have them spaced out throughout the day, so you may be ok. Just remember to go with the flow. take your time at the parks, and throw the schedule out the window if you want. After all, your on vacation! ENJOY!!:cool1:

This is totally what we'll be doing. I have the meals planned but if it's too much, we'll skip some stuff, hehe. Most breakfasts are between 8-8:30am, lunches between 2-3pm & then dinners after 8pm. But, definately will grab quick snacks &/or QS meals for lunch if needed!

& I think I'll be keeping 1900, I think we'll have a good time there! :lmao:

You have some AMAZING choices!!!! I agree with you, im just as excited about the food as i am about the parks! haha. The only thing I would change is EoS. I'd go to Wolfgang Puck Express (marketplace) instead. I cannot stress how yummy and heavenly that place is. It literally knocked the socks right off my feet! Lol! SOOOO GOOD! But EoS is good too thou. The rest looks great!! I wouldnt change 50's at all, its a very entertaining place with great food! And i love all the breakfasts you chose: Tusker has awesome food. I love Cape May cause its so much quieter than the other buffets. So nice and yummy! have a fantastic trip! :goodvibes

My suggestion would be to eat at WPE Marketplace for your counter service dinner the night of the 15th.I would also switch EOS to WPE for lunch on the 1st day. Maybe it's because I live & work near a lot of great places to get sandwiches but I'd rather do WPE or Cooke's of Dublin while in DTD.
We usually eat at WPE 3 times on our trips:thumbsup2 (only 1 of which was DDP)

ooohhh, I hadn't even thought of WGPE! I think we may do that instead of EoS. I've heard great things about it.
I'm so glad to hear good reviews of the places we chose! I'm so excited for all of it! :rotfl: C'mon December!!!!

So, since I'm making that change, part of the reason we chose EoS was price since we were going to pay OOP for it.
What place are the prices pretty decent for us to pay OOP for, in a park or resort?

Take the Boatwrights reviews with a grain of salt. We have eaten there for dinner a number of times and have never had anything but good food.

My Dh said the same thing. He likes cajun type foods, so it will be right up his alley. I'm looking forward to the pecan pie myself, lol.
