Hello everybody!

So I'm a neurotic planner and just thought I would post my proposed dining itinerary. Any feed back in appreciated. I wish I had time for more food stops!! (This does not include snacks)

AUGUST:

Day 1
B: Riverbelle Terrace
L: Golden Horseshoe
D: Refreshment Corner

Day 2:
B: Carnation Cafe
L: Cocina Cucamonga
D: Hungry Bear

Day 3
B: Carnation Cafe
L: Village Haus
D: Red Rockets Pizza Port

Day 4
B: Goofy's Kitchen

So adjustments are still needed, as I want to eat lunch or dinner at Carnation Cafe as I never have, I just dont know which of the other places to take out (cannot be Golden Horseshoe as that is a request by kids). I'm thinking Reds will get taken out. :confused3

October:

Day 1 (won't be there in time for breakfast)
L: Carnation Cafe (if I like it in August, Ive never been for lunch/dinner)
D: Cafe Orleans (also never been)

Day 2
B Carnation Cafe
L Tomorrowland Terrace
D Blue Bayou

I think its obvious I am a fan of breakfast at Carnation Cafe :thumbsup2

Thank you all!

I would take out Rocket's and swap it for Plaza Inn. MUCH better bang for your buck!

Also, I haven't eaten at Tomorrowland Terrace since it re-opened, but it was definitely one of the crappier places to eat in the park prior to the refurb, in my opinion at least. I'm not sure if anyone can chime in on them improving or not since.

Other than that, the only thing I'll say is don't lock yourself into these. Cravings can change, and if you just happen to be walking past somewhere else and notice delicious sights and smells, you can stray from your plan, at least for the counter-service restaurants.

Oh of course I won't lock us in, definitely open to options as we walk through the park!!

We have eaten at Plaza Inn so often on our previous trips I was just trying to eat somewhere we haven't been in awhile. We haven't been to Village Haus, Hungry Bear, Red Rockets, or Tomorrowland Terrace at all over the last few trips. I thought the new menu at Hungry Bear looked good, so I was interested. And I know my kids eat the pizza at Village Haus. I personally don't care for Red Rockets, so I think that will have to go. My kids really do enjoy Plaza Inn, so we might just default there again. I soooo wanna try Carnation Cafe for lunch or dinner though!!

PS. My kids aren't going on the Oct trip, maybe I will try Hungry Bear then instead of TT.

For one of your breakfasts why don't you try Steakhouse 55 at the DLH? I heard it was really fantastic quality for breakfast, the price is really not much more and it's something cool and different.

I would lose Red Rocket also. We weren't impressed when we ate there(you can have crappy pizza anytime).
