My Ding doesn't work!

Help! My Ding isn't working! I couldn't get it to work so I just missed a Ding for my August trip. It seems to be having connection problems for the Dings yet I can connect to Southwest through the link on the Ding box. Does anyone have any possible solutions? TIA

I can't work it either..it's been that way for two days...I keep trying, and just know I'm missing something good!!

Mine was like this for about 2 weeks before I realized. I am sure that I missed a few really good DINGS in that time! Now for it to work, I have to close it out quite frequently and relaunch, or else the DINGS won't load, and show up. It's a real PITA!

I tried to relaunch the program and I checked to be sure that internet explorer was set properly but I can't fix it! I don't know what else to do!

I just spoke with someone at SW, they can't help.....because of possible lawsuits if their advise causes your computer to malfunction! UGH! I'm so so fustrated. To make things worse, the agent told me that there was going to be some great Dings coming out for the fourth of July! UGH!

I finally figured it out! DD accidently unplugged the computer while vaccuming causing the date and time to be off, once I reset it, everything worked properly!
