My dh dipped into my WDW fund....

No big bits of advise here.... money matters can be such a sore subject between a couple! Quite frankly, I don't even let DH see the "vacation" account. Out of sight, out of mind. He knows I have the account, but he never inquires about it. If we are having a tight month I might take a bit out to "tide us over", but I try to pay it right back. I was able to save enough for our last trip in just one year. I put in every "extra" bit of $$ I came across, my b.day money, change jar, rebates, all of my paychecks(I work VERY part time). When it was time to make all of the reservations and such he was THRILLED to see that we had enough to pay for it all!! Anyhow, I am not going to advocate secrets between a couple, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!.....................P

Yep, my DH is too practical too. That's why my Disney fund is a separate savings account, at a different bank, in my name only!

DH & I both have a "Disney Fund" it's only touched for Disney and other real emergencies. If touched for an non Disney reason, we do our best to pay it back.
