My DD was SO NERVOUS that she was going to be cut from the softball team

My oldest dd Julia (almost 13) tried out for the Jr. High softball team. She's been cut before in the past and was worried she'd be cut again. She worked her butt off for a spot on the team this year.

Yesterday was the day they let the girls know who made the team...and who didn't.

Soooo.....this is what I saw when I picked her up from practice yesterday!

SHE MADE THE TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so proud of her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could tell she had a *happy* face on when she walked over to the car - so I got my cell phone that has a camera ready to snap her pic!

I just went though this with my DS16, he was trying out for his high school baseball team and he REALLY wanted to make it. I was a nervous wreck the whole time waiting.... but good news, he made it! They play their first game today and he's starting pitcher!!
