My DD is going to be a CM next summer!

My 18 yr old daughter had an interview on Nov. 19 to attend the International College Summer Program at WDW next summer and she got word today, she's in!

We're so excited for her, she keeps telling me she gets to ride Expedition Everest before me! This is a darn good excuse for me to go and visit her, besides the fact that I'm going to miss her like crazy!

DH and I are both Canada Pavillon alum. One of the best things we ever did. She will have a blast!

My sister is returning on Friday from a year of working in the Canadian pavillion in Epcot. I did the program back in 1997/1998 too. I had a great time, as my sister apparently has had over the last year as well, although she is rather tired of delivering the "O Canada" movie speil after nearly every day for a year.

My daughter is still pretty young to be leaving for the whole year, at least that's what I think! Anyway, she wanted to try it out when she heard they brought the summer program back. Of course, she's hoping to come back home, finish her 2nd year at university and then take a year off and do the year-long program!

I was only 19 when I went, there will be lots of people her age. I had just finished my 1st year at University. She'll be fine.

My son is only 20 and is working there right now. They are well taken care of - I think that there are people there as young as 18.
