Chris, good luck with your weight loss!

I decided 4 weeks ago to just SORT OF try to lose weight. Just to see what would happen. Well, what happened is I have lost 5 pounds. BUT it hasn't made a bit of difference. In fact, it hasn't been worth the sacrifices!

So we'll see how much longer I feel like playing this game. I want to NOTICE that I am losing weight.
To be fair, I am not exercising. Not at all. Not really even thinking about it. That would probably help. But I recently heard you have to walk for AN HOUR to burn 100 calories. A frickin' HOUR to burn off a single stupid container of YOGURT. Not worth it.
