gifts - can she also thank those who sent her a Birthday and/or Christmas gift in the same card?

Graduation, birthday and of course, Christmas are all in December.

I am certain you will find many people here who will say that for each gift sent a thank you card should be mailed.

My thoughts are to let her write out those all-encompassing thank you's!! What the heck! Time is precious. WHat is the point in buying/writing more cards, buying more stamps, etc. It's sad but these days I'm glad to get any thank you notes at all. It wouldn't bother me one bit if I got one that was for more than one gift to the same recipient.

I'd like to know when her graduation was as well. If they're all within a month of each other or so, I'd say one card is appropriate, otherwise I'd write seperate cards.

Since all 3 are in the same month it should be ok. She should of course mention each gift individually in her note.

If I received 3 separate notes my first thought would be "why didn't she just send them all in one note and save on stamps" so my answer would by yes, it is ok to send them in one note. :lmao:

I don't see a problem with that--at least she is sending them out!!! I am still waiting for a thank you from a cousins wedding 3 years ago!!
