By a man and told him that he is going to some "Top Gun" football camp for "rising stars" in football . He is 1st string quarterback for his highschool, and has already gotten an award saying that he is the #1 best highschool football player in Virgina last year. He is 1 of 40 highschool football players handpicked from all over the country .
Heres the article about him on the website
and heres the picture from the website
Over the course of the past several years, Virginia has come to be known as a cradle of great high school quarterbacks as the Commonwealth has produced a number of 5- and 4-star signal callers as well as a large pool of solid college prospects under center.
Yet, is it possible that one has gone nearly unnoticed over the course of the offseason?
Brooke Point quarterback Brian Hudson might be a guy coming out from under the shadows of highly-touted Virginians like Kevin Newsome, Tajh Boyd and Bryn Renner as the 6-foot-4, 195-pounder has performed well on the camp circuit with another big one coming this weekend as he'll attend the "Top Gun" Showcase Camp in Orlando.
The event is a gathering of some of the nation's top prep football players for a three-day mini-camp where they will test their skills and will work with a number of former NFL players and coaches.
Hudson has already camped at Virginia Tech and Delaware and has trips planned to Connecticut, Boston College, Maryland and possibly N.C. State.
Over the course of his two years as a starter for Brooke Point, Hudson has thrown for more than 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns with big numbers expected this season as the Black Hawks will line up a potent offense with playmakers Chase Barnett and Lanford Collins expected to be Hudson's go-to guys.
In a February interview with Rivals' Mike Farrell, Brooke Point Head Coach Jeff Berry praised his rising senior by saying, "He throws the ball extremely well. He's a big kid that moves well in the pocket. He's not Pat White, but he can move when he has to. In our offense he doesn't throw the ball a lot because of Chase Barnett. He would be able to throw two or three thousand yards. He takes care of the ball and has a tremendous deep pass."
"The thing that stands out about him is his level headedness. I'm not going to compare him to Tom Brady. But he's cool and stays even keel at quarterback. I think that's important. He is also a very hard worker that is dedicated to our program."
