My Coke Rewards and 20 oz. Soda Question

Right now they have 20 oz. bottle coupons for, I believe, 30 points. It says the coupon expires within 3 months of redeeming points so I have to wait a couple more months anyways. My question is, do Disney parks accept these coupons? My bf is a soda lover and this could cut soda costs down if I could just use a bunch of my points (I have 1,000 [we have free soda for our clients and us at work so I got most of my points this way and a co-worker gives me all of his caps]) and get several coupons. I'm not even sure if the bottles in the parks are 20 oz. or 16.9 oz. :confused3. Have you used a coupon at WDW? If so, was it complicated (like they had to call a manager or you had to spend 10 minutes explaining it)? Thanks for any help! :goodvibes

No. However, you probably could use them at the Hess gas stations across the street from marketplace. Or if you have a car, you can go to walmart or other gas stations and use them there. But in the park I would really say no.

Ok, thanks :) Just thought I'd check. I may just hold on to them until I see something that I actually want.

I've had NO LUCK using them anywhere except grocery stores. Convenience stores won't accept them. We saved up a TON of points and had about 30 coupons for our cross-country driving trip, thinking that this'd be a great money-saver. Nope. No one accepts them -- just grocery stores.

They're still the best thing to save for, and getting sodas "for free" at the grocery store is nice.

Wow, Mrs. Pete, I'm surprised you have had so much trouble. We have no trouble redeeming them at the local convenience store (Cumberland Farms, a regional chain - but they take any and all coupons). I've also been able to redeem them at CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Target and Walmart.

ETA - if you have a CVS near you it's the best place to redeem them as if you have 10 of them you can use them with your Extra Care Card and their buy 10 earn a free coke program.

I've thought about getting them to stock the fridge in the motorhome (we're borrowing my parent's motorhome and staying at Ft. Wilderness this trip). Unless something great comes out in the the next couple of months, this may be the way we end up going! Thanks again everyone!

You're right -- I have used them at CVS (I personally never go to Rite Aid or Walgreens, so I can't comment about them). I forgot that I'd used them at drug stores.

I consider Target and Walmart grocery stores. I have used them there.

But over the course of a couple years I've been refused at multiple convenience stores. I don't know Cumberland Farms convenience stores.

I'm planning on cashing mine out before Disney, and picking them up at WalMart when I go grocery shopping for the week. I'm hoping they offer the coupons for the 8pk of 12 oz bottles. It would be much easier than a ton of coupons for individual bottles. I hate getting the 12 pack of cans - with all the kids, it seems like someone is forever opening a can of soda, drinking a few sips, and then dumping it out. :)
