I agree with you to a point, but see, if HR is going to build a case to fire her over her racist comments, they need a paper trail. They now have the sensitivity training on file (and whatever lead to that incident, I forget) and now this second incident. They need to show a long paper trail where they gave her plenty of warning and plenty of time to fix the problem. Then if she tried to sue them for wrongful termination, they'd have a lot of evidence that they tried to get her to fix the problem before firing her.

I'm glad she got sent home and suspended. That's actually MORE than I thought they would do... but I'm dissapointed she didn't get to MOO-HISS in her cube to console herself. Maybe she did it in the car on the way home.

Maybe she'll come back and say she took a last minute trip to Vegas!

So Miss Info keeps threatening that she will get her revenge at Christmas. Wellllll...I think she needs her desk "decorated" then too. Some of that fake snow, little snowmen and santas, lots of crepe paper. It could be very festive.

Miss Info's stepson is being considered to become a County Sheriff in New Mexico. He will be stationed out of Albuquerque. I lived in Albuquerque for a year and a half.

Miss Info doesn't want her stepson and family to go, because this is the granddaughter that her husband is so fond of. Okay I understand that.

But here's how the rest of the conversation went.

Now normally, I'd add some of our shocked smileys here. But this situation has gone beyond cute and funny. It's just pathetic. I just sat here staring at her. Nothing on this planet is going to teach this woman anything.


On a lighter note, she is still on her revenge kick for whomever did her cubicle. She figures that they are SO proud of what they did, that they won't be able to contain themselves and that their pride will get the better of them, and they will just have to tell her.

I think so too! It's not a personal comment, like the comment made toward EG's asian friend, but EG certainly has a case of being made to feel uncomfortable because of her comments.
