My character is gone?

I haven't played in maybe a month. I think the the last time I played was in June.

Anyway I just went to log in and instead of my character popping up, I get the start up screen asking me to choose a sex?

Whats up with that?

I wasn't aware of having to log in every so many days or I would have. I started during beta, like so many others, but I just don't play that often. But I did have a few pins and stuff.

I was just about to send an email for some help when I figured it out.

Unknown to me I have 2 accounts. One with just a member name and the other with an email address!

I remember when I first logged in, I had some trouble due to already having numerous Disney and Disney affliates website accounts and I tried 2 different ways. I guess they both sort of took but I only played one!

Were all your pins and stuff gone? The same thing happened to me once. I had to go through the character and screen name process again. And this time around it wouldnt let me keep my same screen name. Everyone knew me by that name and they made me change it after playing for like a month. But once I put in a new name and finally got into the game, all my belongings were still there and my friends list was still there. Weird. I never knew what or why this happened.

With so many changes being made, my theory was that they decided they didnt like my screen name. It had a space in it, so that may have been why. I havent seen anyone lately with spaces in their screen name. Just a thought?????

Sorry, just saw the last post and realized you figured out your problem. But I did still have that issue occur.
