You're welcome...is this really Tour Guide Jeff? I didn't think you were on this board...anyway if it's you, thanks again for all the cards and a great time (and putting up with me and my breaks)!

I have been on the Keys to the Kingdom tour too, about 5 years ago, and I agree that it is awesome. Of course, it has to be since it's 50 bucks extra a person (or at least that was the price in 2000!). If any of you have never been on it, it is definitely worth the extra $$$. It's about a 6 hour tour, much longer than VMK, but you get to go behind the scenes. Its for 16 and older only I believe. There is another tour to my knowledge, and I dont know the name of it, that is for all ages. If Jeff is posting here he can tell you He does the other tours including KTTK too.

Glad you had a great time. I went on 12/3 to sign up for the tour and they told me they no longer do the tours. They gave me a bunch of cards but I haven't decided if I want to stay with VMK or not because of the inconsistencies.

you're lucky i was going to go to disney next year(since that's when me and my friends are going and they dont play vmk so i'll get like 200 of every card) too bad the tours are over wish i could have gone this year are the cards still avaible next year even without the tours?

I don't think so Jeff said the HM cards are done and he just had a few left that he found to give us. I don't know if the Pirate Quest will be: I imagine so, we were given the scratch off cards on the tour rather than picking them up in the VMK central, and then Jeff gave us the cards for correct answers. Since the PQ is new at WDW, I would think that they will just put the quest question cards in VMKC with the rest of them. I am bummed that the other quests says you can do them every 30 days, and we tried to turn them in again but were told "sorry its 90 now". I say, "go with what it says on the cards until you get new ones made that say 90 days and stop being stingy!" Well whatever, the other quest stuff is not all that great anyways.

Not one person except the tour guides at Disney seems to know a darn thing about VMK. I was told the tour was over 12/31, then that it ends 12/23 b/c of getting ready for Christmas (which they are already ready for ). Also was told HM quest stuff is no longer available but we still got cards. I think they were just leftovers, probably the last ones.

I hope for everyone's sake who did not get to go on the tour, that they bring it back, but according to the CMs, I doubt they will. I am sorry those that did not make it. I spent a lot of effort and made a lot of phone calls and emails to ensure that we would make the tour. But it was worth it

I sent emails to the address that was listed a few weeks ago about the tour ending and never got an anwer to any of my questions.

I talked to someone in Guest Relations and SHE talked to someone in the VMK tour dept. They would not give me their number. I got special treatment b/c I wasted money on a trip to MK just for the tour, and missed out b/c the monorail to the MK broke down. So they hooked me up as apology. I dont' recall the number but I found it online by googling "WDW contact" or something

No matter....the last day of the quest is today, forever, unless they decide to bring it back. They said that is unlikely and if it happens, it will be a long time. So if you are going today...just get there right at opening of the MK gates and run to city hall (with your tour card of course, which you get at VMK central (cinema) by redeeming your coupon for the tour card).

And Nanoer, for the quest cards with the questions, you can only redeem them every 90 days (per person, per ticket...and since tickets have your name on them, they know the last time you redeemed them, so the only way around the rule is to get someone else to do it for you). They scan your quest card and ticket.

I complained since they still say 30 days, to 3 different people, and they would not budge on it.
