My beloved Bulldog died a horrible death at Vets Saturday

My heart goes out to you. Our dog is our child and a loss like that is so heartbreaking. I can't even think about that Rainbow Bridge story without bawling. Stay strong and help your other dog through the loss as well...I'm sure he'll be grieving the loss of his buddy. Rescue dogs are thankful for every moment they have with their new lease on life and rest assured he passed grateful and happy.

As a bulldog owner and lover myself - there is nothing worse than losing one of these precious little guys. And Buddy was adorable!

I know they can over heat and it can happen fast - but your story is very scary that it could happen that fast and at the vets!

I'm sorry for your loss and sharing your pain right now. We unexpectedly lost our 8 year old Lab, Kroner, Monday night to a health issue that gave no clue right up until it happened. It's so hard, but we were lucky to have them, weren't we?
