"We have removed you Ban for excessive code redemptions. Please be sure to review the VMK Values."

I don't know I think the black hole is still there. I sent a letter to the Boss today and that's when my ban was lifted.

I did tell him they need to work on that black hole though. Even an auto response to let us know our message was recieved would be nice.

But it's good to be back.

Congratulations and welcome back. So glad they removed the ban.

Now, where does it say anything about excessive code redemptions. How many is "excessive"?

In the last two days I have entered more than 400 codes and not even a warning. I admit that I took the advice of the boards here and was careful not to enter to quickly, but it would seem that the ban was for excessive code redemptions and not entering too quickly. Hmmm?
