Odd, I know, but The Husband and I have talked about this EXACT picture more than once since our own trip a few years ago! We thought it was a hilarious take on the famous "original"

It was one of the favorites we discovered! If they ever sold it as a print, it would probably be hanging in our house right now!

We are getting a new puppy in a few weeks (he's only 5 weeks old now) and the girls want to name him Jonas!!

Congrats Cammie to both you and Lauren. I know she will be absolutely thrilled to death. A few years back I took my daughter to an American Idol concert at the Meadowlands and the once singer she had a crush on (can't remember his name) ran down the aisle (we had floor seats) and touched her hand. She was so excited she didn't want to wash her hand for days.

okay.....the first thing i thought when i read this (besides, "holy crap" of course) is that you better talk to lauren's doctor about maybe getting a prescription for xanax or valium or something to calm her down after you tell her and just before she meets them. i have NO IDEA how she will keep her head from exploding!!!!!!

All caught up. I am enjoying your trip report (and all your others). I have a DD11 with special needs and would love to be able to take DD9 on a mom & daughter trip. Hopefully someday it will happen. It must be great to be able to go every year. I can't wait to read about the rest of your trip (and all of your future trips).

Hope you can take that trip. Seriously, I needed a BIG nudge to do it! I felt VERY guilty leaving my special-needs daughter at home but after doing it once, I realized it was something that both Lauren and I deserved - and needed - to do! Thanks for reading!

Hi Marissa! Must admit, I never really paid attention to whether the guy in blue plaid was ever there or not. But I do remember finding an Off-Kilter thread on the Themes Parks board and thought I read that some members of the band rotate in and out. Maybe that one guy is on a break for a while?

Sorry, I didn't post about Lauren last nite, meeting the Jonas Brothers, "how cool is that."
The Jonas Brothers are coming to Milwaukee in June and my ds will work there when really big names come in and they need extra help. They need help so bad, that he is able to take anyone else that wants to work. They sell, hats, t-shirts and whatever else. They get to see the concert on the tv's and when it is slow, they can watch through the doorways. Almost all my kids worked when Miley Cyrus came to town. I think their paychecks were all over $500. The get part of the profit, for what they sell.
