Let's finish off Day 4. I was headed to the monorail but where was I headed?
Took this from the monorail
Yep one last visit to EPCOT. I headed to SE for one last ride. There was almost no wait. Still opted for no pics til we got stopped here
Now if I could just have seen the Roman soldier it would have been perfect. I noticed that there were a group of teens getting on with me. Normally this doesn't bother me. These kids NEEDED a chaperone!!!! While we were stopped they were standing up in the vehicle causing the please remain seated announcement to play constantly. They were trying to touch anything they could reach and yelling to one another. Not a pleasant ride.
The ride started up again and we got stopped here
My future, I'm twins and one gets more sunburned than the other
I did send my postcard of the ride home since that wasn't really crowded. I then saw this
Now I have never seen a service dog in Disney although I know there are areas for them. What really amazed me was that the dog was a Dachshund. Doxies are not what comes to mind when you think service dogs.
My next stop was Innoventions for my Rewards picture. Guess who
Yep Minnie and Goofy again. I had fun with them though. I was then off to my destination - The Seas with Nemo and Friends. I didn't want to go on the ride though. I have a wonderful 9 year old grandson who also happens to be autistic. His latest obsession is sharks and fish. I wanted to get some pics for him to make a collage for his room. I was happy with some of them
Jellyfish
This guy posed for me
This starfish had the longest arms
I headed up to the observation deck to check out the manatees
The woman standing next to me yelled to her family to come and see the WALRUSES. I walked away.
Got a decent shot of the dolphin
And a nice one of the shark
My grandson saw my pictures and immediately knew it was a tiger sand shark and gave me a few other facts.
I headed over to Club Cool to see who was trying Beverly and a quick drink. I love seeing people's faces when they try that. You can always tell.

As I headed out of the building the foiuntain was dancing so of course I got a few shots of that too
OK seriously I was trying to get the rainbow. I stopped at Mousegears for something for the grandkids, sour gummies for the oldest grandson and taffies for the little ones. I also had to get a special gift for my grandson Michael. The Mikey in my signature for a TR. Mikey has ADHD, OCD tendencies and some other issues. He gets in trouble in school alot because of this. On friday my DD called me to tell me Mikey needed to talk to me. The conversation was something like this.
Me - "Hi Mikey. What's up?"
Mikey - "MeMo bad news."
Me - "Oh no Mikey! What did you do?"
Mikey - "I student of the week MeMo! I was AWESOME!!!!"
Me - "That's great Mikey."
and before I could say another word Mikey responded "OK, bye MeMo." and hung up the phone.
I found a cute Philadelphia Phillies Vinylmation for him. Mikey may never make student of the week again. It took him 2 years to make it the first time. He is such a funny guy and a great sense of humor. Of course now I have to buy one for his cousin on my next trip.
Picked up my picture and took a few more of the entrance/exit.
I sadly said good bye to EPCOT, the monorail, the TTC, etc. You get it. The sad I won't be back this way again til December.
The ride back to my aunts was great. I didn't get lost and the check engine light went off. I stopped to put gas in the car as I wouldn't have enough to make it anywhere the next day. This will prove to be an error in judgement later as I only put $10 in the car.
My mom went to bed early and my aunt and I stayed up til about 11 PM chatting. She doesn't come up north as much to visit since my grandmother passed away and as often as I get down there I never have a car so I don't visit. We caught up on our lives and talked about my Gram who I still miss everyday. With that I went ot bed and my last full day in FLorida came to an end.
