I think this attraction tends to get overlooked. :( You need to take a train from Africa to get there.

It's more of a learning experience. There are CMs at work there and they're happy to explain what they do. This CM prepares food for the animals.

There were veterinarians at work in the back room, but a CM was out front explaining what was going on.

Outside is Affection Section. Disney has a great way for people to interact with the animals, they supply brushes and people can walk around and brush the animals. There are areas where the animals can go when they want to get away from people. And Disney provides an area to wash your hands when you're finished.

We actually rode the train over to Rafiki's Planet Watch last time, and then got back on and didn't go see any of it. I think we missed out. We'll have to be sure to check stuff out better this time. I don't think that Disney does a good enough job of explaining stuff sometimes.
